By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms govern your use of all the content, features, and activities available on or through the Interviewer Training Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Interviewer Training Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Interviewer Training Platform for your personal, non-commercial use to learn effective interviewer techniques. This license does not include any right to: (a) sell or resell our services; (b) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make any derivative use of our services; or (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Interviewer Training Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content on and through the Interviewer Training Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant these licenses for any User Content that you submit.
The Interviewer Training Platform and all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Interviewer Training Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. ООО 'Apex Interview Solutions' makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Interviewer Training Platform, or the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Interviewer Training Platform, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the Interviewer Training Platform is at your sole risk.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction).
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Interviewer Training Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Anytown, California. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us directly and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, either party may elect to have the dispute finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to ООО 'Apex Interview Solutions' at the address provided above.
Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except that the arbitrator may award reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party.
